Arsenal Stats Week Two

Arsenal’s top three players v Liverpool

1: Theo Walcott (8 fantasy points)

3 shots, 2 shots on goal, 2 tackles won, 2 passes intercepted

2: Nacho Monreal (12 fantasy points)

1 shot, 4 crosses, 1 foul drawn, 1 foul conceded, 2 tackles won, 4 passes intercepted, 1 clean sheet

3: Hector Bellerin (10 fantasy points)

1 shot, 1 shot on goal, 2 crosses, 1 tackle won, 4 passes intercepted, 1 clean sheet

It was another low scoring week for Arsenal players on DraftKings, not a surprise when you consider the game ended 0-0. Neither team put many of their shots on goal thus resulting in low points for Arsenal’s forwards and goalkeeper Petr Cech, who was forced into just one save.

In the EPL $20K Striker the highest owned Arsenal player was Theo Walcott (14.9% owned) followed by Alexis Sanchez (12.9%) (not highest owned overall only in the EPL $20K Striker). Eden Hazard (46.5%) was the highest owned player in the EPL $20K Striker.

  1. Arsenal’s workaholic attacking midfielder Alexis Sanchez is being reported on the current news treading in the mass media to have been demanded for by Real Madrid, as part player-exchange and plus cash payment for the 2 of their players of attacking midfielder James Rodriguez and striker Alvaro Morata Arsenal are said to have requested for their transfers to us this summer.

If these 2 Arsenal targets of Rodriguez and Morata are successfully pullout of the fire in this summer window, it will definitely be a big statement of intent Arsenal would have made for this season’s campaign in all competitions and consequently caused fears and panics in the minds of their titles rivals..

But would the Boss agree to make that big statement of intent? That’s the big question which only the Boss and the Arsenal hierarchies can answer. I know it will cost them some good money, their workaholic player and a serious transfer negotiations with Madrid to have these 2 deals go through. But I will be most delighted if the Boss will use his ingenious deadline day’s transfer strategy to have these 2 transfer deals from RM go through for us between now and Transfer Deadline Day..

  2. I would prefer to keep Sanchez although he is fast approaching the end of his contract just like Ozil with no sign of negotiations! I am sure Wenger is sorting it out
