Arsenal v Fulham: the history in videos

Just settling down to type up this post and out of the blue Joe Willock scores a cracker of a header for Newcastle. I think that is his third of the season and it turned out to be the winner to defeat the all conquering West Ham. At least that is what the media have been calling them. Let’s hope it’s a good omen.
Arsenal currently have four players on the Physioroom.com injury table. Odegaard is rated as 50% likely to play – which is what he has been for the last game or two. Ultimately he will return, but we just don’t know when. But on the other hand the squad did rather well in Europe this week.
The other injuries we know about and although it is just possible that Aubameyang might play I think the most we can expect is a place on the bench.

So, nothing new. Fulham are also on four injuries, but Lookman seems ready to play so I guess really they are on three.

It’s so typical of the BBC to refer to Lingard as the “on loan Manchester United midfielder” when talking about him scoring a penalty but when Newcastle score the winner it’s simply “Willock”. Well they wouldn’t want to allude to something positive from Arsenal now would they………
Ordinarily, Arsenal are looking a very good odds on bet to beat Fulham in the Premier League match encounter between the duo club sides taking place at the Ems tomorrow Sunday.
But even with the Gunners are odds on bet to beat the Cottagers. Let me through a word of caution to Mikel Arteta the Arsenal boss and the Gunners team he’ll select to play against the Cottagers to not take beating them for granted.
For, the Cottagers or Irons could prove rugged to be bent by the Gunners in the game. Thus, making the game difficult for Arsenal to overpower them in the match. And for this possible reason occurring which may occur if Arsenal got complacent in the match.
The Gunners should therefore fully prepared themselves as if they are going to play a semi-big game at home against Everton in the PL. So as to avoid being caught in by surprise in the game by the Cottagers. And consequently start chasing the game to come back into it if Fulham score.
The Gunners must not give the Irons any chance in the match to deny them collecting the maximum 3 points that they are setting themselves out to collect in the match tomorrow.
All things being equal in the Gunners’ camp tomorrow, I predict the current in form Arsenal team will pound the relegation doomed Fulham team 4 nil in the match at fulltime.

It has now become official that the all conquering Manchester City football team will not win this season’s domestic treble titles as Chelsea have put paid to their ambition to win it for a record 3 successive time this season. And the question am now asking myself is, would Tottenham Hotspur also stop them from winning the the Carabao Cup for a record 3 straight wins at Wembley this season when the duo big club side meet to battle it out? I hope Spurs will stop them.
As much as I despise all that City stand for being beaten by a Russian oligarchs money laundering outfit pales into insignificance against any thought of the Seven Sisters Middlesex outfit winning silverware of any description.
