This is part 13 of the Arsenal Transfer Index; the record of all the players that Arsenal are buying – and we know that it is true because it is in the papers and on the bloggettas. But are the Commentariat concerned they are overdoing things a bit? Not in the slightest!

That is it. 77 players linked to Arsenal so far. And we only have 40 days of transfer activity left to go. And who would place money on there not being a few more?
If Arsenal are as fast as they were to conclude the Lacazette deal, and if Monaco are as cooperating as Lyon were in accepting Arsenal 2nd bid for Lacazette, the Arsenal 2nd bid of £40m to sign Lemar who wants to join Arsenal should have been accepted by now by Monaco and the deal done. And Lemar would have joined the Gunners that flew to Australia on Sunday to begin their pre-preason Asia 4 friendly matches.
Since Lemar is the only player whose being linked with Arsenal by the media has appeared to be a true media link this time out of the 77 listed, for, there were reported 2 Arsenal bids in the media to sign the lad, and Arsenal did not deny the media claims. Therefore, these media claims should be taken as a true report and not just one of those media transfer rumours.
In this light, to stop these delays occasioned to sign Lemar by Arsenal, and since the player himself has agreed to come to Arsenal and terms have been agreed with him according to reports, therefore, without anymore further delays, Arsenal should table that their reported media bid of £45m to Monaco to sign Lemar who I believe will like to join Arsenal to participate in the Arsenal Asia friendlies. To hasten his playing in these Arsenal Asia friendlies, Arsenal can do his medical in France immediately after they’ve signed him, I don’t have to teach Arsenal how they should do their medical, should I?
