I have a nasty feeling that some of our esteemed journalistic colleagues do little than work through the list of players in the world in alphabetical order, tipping them to come to Arsenal. For how else do we account for the fact five of the seven new names in this week’s list appear in the top 14 alphabetical list?
But no it must be a coincidence surely. Certainly the six players who have had their transfer details updated since last time are more evenly spread out.
Oh and just in case you are thinking of doing your own search, beware of HammersNews website – according to our protection software they’ve been infected with a Trojan. (Not to say that for sure, because sometimes you can get false alerts, but I haven’t been in to check a story they have about a transfer.)
