Capital One, who are, fairly logically, sponsor of the Capital One Cup, will be featuring messages of support from fans to their clubs in their advertising around Round 4 of the Cup in which we play Chelsea.
The chosen messages will be featured across a range of local advertising spaces, including billboards, local newspapers, the side of buses and phone boxes and be inserted into Capital One’s adverts (see below for examples).
To be in with a chance to be featured, send in your message of support, contact email address, and first name & initial to competitions@footballfancast.com by 5pm on Tuesday 1st October. The more messages you submit, the more chance you have of being selected, so get writing.
What they are after is Short messages (approx 5 – 10 words) that wish Arsenal good luck in some way. They say,
The more individual, engaging and locally relevant the message the better
Capital One will pick the messages they deem most appropriate and feature them in their ads.
The legal bit:
By supplying your message(s) you are permitting Capital One to use your message and/or your image in any and all advertising and associated activity. Capital One reserves the right to modify all messages.
We will feature your first name and initial (e.g. John S) in our advertising so please supply that!
And the final note:
If your message is going to be used, you will be informed in advance.
