Arsenal v Leicester: the boycott game; we are saying “No!!!”

By Tony Attwood

This is the moment we have a little chance to fight back against the exploitation of fans both by the TV companies and by the clubs that bow down to them.

The Untold team – little band that we are – are not paying £15 to watch the match.  Those of us with season tickets have done our bit for the club year on year, paying in advance for games – now it is time for the club to stand with us against the exploitations of Sky and BT Sprout with their remorseless exploitation of supporters through moving game times and days at a whim.

This time we have said no, and we’re not going to pay up any more.

Here’s the team

Leno,

Bellerin, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney,

Ceballos, Xhaka, Thomas,

Saka, Lacazette, Aubameyang.

Subs: Runarsson, Maitland-Niles, Pepe, Mustafi, Elneny, Willock, Nketiah.

There is live audio commentary on Arsenal.com from 7pm, and I would suggest you might care to go there.

Support the club, support the team, not the exploitative hyper critical TV stations, who, we might remember have never once even contemplated that there is something wrong with the refereeing of the PGMO.

And now we have the proof thanks to the academic studies, they just stay silent.

Support the club not the TV stations.

Vardy is taking it easy on the beach

  1. From the laws of the game on offside:

    No offence

There is no offside offence if a player receives the ball directly from:
    a goal kick
    a throw-in
    a corner kick

The bias of the PGMO refs is criminal behaviour.

  2. It is even more criminal when the VAR doesn’t see that the ball was actually toe poked in be a Leicester player.

The TV sons of bitches that charge £14.75 do not see it either!!!

  3. Everytime I watch a game this shit happens and the shit commentary on top icing on the cake.
Money well spent @Menace we’re do we get a refund and an apology?

  4. Good to see that the PGMO continue to officiate matches with all of the honesty their equivalents in American pro-wrestling manage.

  5. The PGMOL cheating goes on unabated!! Xhaka was not in the line of the keeper and Leicesters No 2 put the ball in the net!!

What is VAR for?? they are cheating bastards robbing the game of truth!!

  6. Perfectly good goal disallowed. Red card not given for a gangrenous tackle. 11 shots to one. 5 corners to one. Sky’s analysis says Leicester will be pleased with their performance. Arsenal have clearly been appalling and deserve to be losing heavily………or could that just be what they’d like to see………..

  7. That was meant to say dangerous but the nature of the tackle was so basic the injury could have beeen that bad!!

  8. Va Cong, refund?? I paid for my season ticket and this home game is not available to me on the normal channels that I pay for. I have to stream BeIN sports to see the match.

  9. I feel your pain Menace, I stopped watching for a while to keep my sanity. All I get form other supporters are typical arsenal supporter etc.
When VAR can’t save you the commentators can sell snow to eskimos. When you play againts 11 and the referee team ist hard work. And this milking
of broadcasting to amazon BT sport sky is just taking the piss mate.

  10. Pawson is cheating like a ping pong playing whore with every chance to book Arsenal players and every foul on Arsenal being overlooked!!

  11. The very obvious red cards are not being shown to Leicester. The pundits are also into oral ping pong far eastern style!!

  12. It doesn’t count as a foul if they don’t pull a knife out at an arsenal player @menace @Mickey no blood so no red. Saka got kicked on the achillies dirty Leicseter player.
Same old effin reffing @Andrew @walter

  13. You’re right Mikey Pawsons work rate and assists for Leicester was second to none is he on Loan?

  14. Some of that was self inflicted, but the PGMOL played a big part, they quite like Leicester as we know.
The fact is, we won’t get a fair deal with the PGMOL until Sean Dyche is our manager

  15. Doesn’t matter whether it’s three at the back, four at the back, a false nine or a £45m man in CM. We have zero creativity and frankly the chance creation against a timid Leicester side was embarrassing. I think me and Biggles could have played CB for Leicester tonight and kept a clean sheet.

There’s no point lamenting the Aouar missed opportunity. That’s happened. But it’s clear that between Xhaka and Ceballos, the creativity is close to nil. They couldn’t make one key pass between the two of them with all that possession Leicester allowed us to have. Once David Luiz (CB) went off we had no creative spark at all. Make of that what you will.

Another missed opportunity, as was Man City. In both games we go out with a whimper not a bang.

It’s all starting to feel a bit Emery, dare I say. Same problems at least. Let’s hope Mikel has better solutions.

  16. So can we ask for an explanation of the VAR decision from the league, or as untold suggested to Klopp, we should stop being sore losers?

  17. Getting kicked about playig high tempo football does that @Mandy if we had got Vardy and Grealish it wouldn’t make a difference if the opposition
free range by biased refs as they keep nipping at achilies or ankles preventing our passing game, broken rhythem is harder to play with @Rudolf
Even if Lawyers can be used to get a private prosecution who would fund it? And how long will it drag on for? the other clubs gaining from this
won’t be on side @Mikey red nose to brown nose @Menace and @Nitram lol

  18. @DF one rule for Arsenal one for the rest per usual selective VAR backed up by selective Commentary how do you win?

  19. MOTD pundits both agreed with Arteta that it should have been given as a goal and Pawson should have referred to the screen pitchside before making his decision.

  20. Just read She Wore A Yellow Ribbon blog regarding 3 big VAR decisions and totally agree .
Tierney gets an elbow to the face/neck after 2 minutes violent conduct given a yellow should have been red and he then scores , Liverpool could have been down to 10 men .
Walkers foot head height with Gabriel’s head with both players feet off the floor at a corner in the Man City penalty area , dangerous play a penalty .
Lastly a disallowed Lacazette goal against Leicester where even the pundits on BBC MOTD both said there was no reason to disallow the goal .
The season for Arsenal is going to be judged by fine margins I hope VAR starts getting some major decision right , it’s been a farce over the last 2 weekends
