There have always been partnerships that made a difference , Toshack and Keegan , Sutton and Shearer , Radford and Kennedy ,Baker and Strong up front and for a defensive line up you can’t beat Dixon , Adams , Bould , Winterburn , Seaman and Keown.
Success is about knowing your team and a settled partnership is always better than chopping and changing which is why teams with fewer injuries tend to be better off than those that have to suffer enforced changes.

I have never understood the rational behind the term ¨bromance¨ as it seems to imply ¨sexual¨ overtones, which is clearly NOT the original intent. I prefer the concept of ¨brochemistry¨ or ¨dynamic duos/trios¨ or something along those lines. Maybe, in this time of boring isolation, UA could run a competititon to find the best descriptor for the 2 man collaboration, cooperation and connection that produces such marvellous Football?
