Villa boss unhappy with his supporters at Arsenal

The Aston Villa manager has expressed his concern about the continuing behaviour of Villa supporters at away grounds.  At Arsenal on Saturday the Villa crowd sang a most disgusting song about Eduardo – a song that so enraged the rest of the crowd that many Villa fans were removed.

EmiratesStadium.info wrote to the Villa manager and asked for his reaction.  He later said that if it were true he was unhappy about the situation.

Villa supporters were singled out for criticism after a match at Portsmouth where similar chanting was heard.  The local Birmingham press have taken up the story, although they have tried to deflect the blame by suggesting that Arsenal supporters tried to break into the visitors’ end.
